The annular BS10H offers a compact, high performance, new solution to ‘on site’ and maintenance hose repairs independent of a power supply and at only 18kg can be carried literally anywhere you need to go. With the capacity to assemble microbore through to -10 (DN16) 2SN hoses, the BS10H is suitable for maintenance, workshop, mobile or breakdown /standby use and is naturally built to the usual high standards you have come to expect from Banner.

The BS10H is supplied as standard with a basic range of 3 sets of quick to fit die sets – 16, 20 and 23mm – allowing assembly of spiral hoses from -04 (DN6) to -10 (DN16). All dies come in a purpose built plastic toolbox with the machine. Extra Dies 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 18 and 26mm for microbore and intermediate hose assembly are also available. You can have cluster quick change dies as well with this machine.

Machine setting and adjustment is simple. The swage size setting is achieved by adjusting the direct reading micrometer type gauge. Select and fit the appropriate dies, set the machine gauge to the required finished diameter and then operate the hand pump until the gauge setting is reached.
