The annular BS16B/VM offers a compact, high performance hose assembly press that is suitable for maintenance, workshop, agricultural, mobile or breakdown standby use – built to the usual high standards that you have come to expect from Banner.
The BS16B/VM is supplied as standard with a basic 5 quick to fit die sets – 16, 20, 23, 29 and 35mm – covering spiral hose assembly from -04 (DN6) to -16 (DN25) 2SN. All dies come in a purpose built plastic toolbox with the machine. Extra Dies 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 18, 26 and 39mm for microbore and intermediate hose assembly are also available. You can have cluster quick change dies as well with this machine.
Machine setting and adjustment is simple. Select and fit the appropriate dies, set the micrometer gauge to the required finished diameter and operate the power pack. The machine will autostop at the preset size set on gauge.
