The ruggedly constructed BS20MF Mini offers a very powerful, yet compact design with a larger than usual capacity for equipment in its class.
The BS20MF Mini offers from -04 (DN6) to -20 (DN31) multispiral hose assembly, including double 90 deg swept, when supplied with 7 sets of standard dies. All dies come in a purpose built steel toolbox with the machine.
This capacity can be dramatically increased to include –24 (DN38) and –32 (DN51) wire braid hose assembly, including 90 deg swept fittings one end, by the simple addition of two extra die sets giving a capacity and performance that is probably unique in its class.
The ‘snap in’ dies and cluster quick change dies are manufactured to the same exacting standards as those used on the larger BS24-40 and BS32-50 series machines. A wide range of one-piece type flared and special purpose dies are also available.
Setting and adjustment are simplicity itself. The direct micrometer gauge allows rapid swage size setting of the double acting returned workhead. The push button control circuit incorporates an automatic ‘stop at size’ facility at the set size and includes a ‘set size reached’ indicator light.
Optional Cluster quick change tooling is available, as well as our Digital control unit.
