The ruggedly constructed BS20VM Mini offers a very powerful, yet compact design with a larger than usual capacity for equipment in its class.
The bench or vehicle mount BS20VM Mini offers from -04 (DN6) to -20 (DN31) multispiral hose assembly, including double 90 deg swept, when supplied with 7 sets of standard dies. All dies come in a purpose built steel toolbox with machine.
This capacity can be dramatically increased to include –24 (DN38) and –32 (DN51) wire braid hose assembly, including 90 deg swept fittings one end, by the simple addition of two extra die sets giving a capacity and performance that is probably unique in its class.
The ‘snap in’ BS20VM Mini dies and cluster quick change dies are manufactured to the same exacting standards as those used on the larger BS24-40 and BS32-50 series machines. A wide range of one-piece type flared and special purpose dies is also available. You can have cluster quick change dies as well with this machine.
Setting and adjustment are simplicity itself. The direct micrometer gauge allows rapid swage size setting of the double acting returned workhead. The push button control circuit incorporates an automatic ‘stop at size’ facility at the set size and includes a ‘set size reached’ indicator light.
