The BS20VM is ideal for a wide range of mobile hydraulic hose assembly requirements ranging from small to medium sized breakdown vehicles and on-site mobile workshops.
The button controlled BS20VM is capable of assembling -20 (DN 31) 4SP and is unique in its class by also offering up to 63mm dies with -32 (DN 51) wire braid capacity.
Features include a direct reading micrometer type gauge with ‘auto stop’ at size. The standard ‘snap in’ dies or cluster quick change dies provide over 30mm clearance when the machine head is fully open, allowing access for most bent stem and manipulated fittings. A wide range of flared one piece and other special purpose dies are also available.
Optional Cluster quick change tooling is available.
