The BS32-50F-IND is a very high performance swaging press for maintenance and distributor use where large bore 6-wire hoses are assembled on a regular basis.
Has been designed for industrial hose from 84mm up to 200mm with 180mm crimp length. You can have attachment die holders which can be cluster quick change to go from 6mm to 77mm if required.
The ‘snap-in’ detent retained dies, up to 105mm long, easily accommodate 6-wire twin elbow hose assembly up to the –32 (DN51) capacity of the machine.
The BS32-50F-IND offers foot pedal control for hands free operation both before and during hose assembly. Once the preset size is attained the adjustable automatic retract system will return the dies to a preset position, facilitating fast large batch production. Cluster quick change die tooling is available. All dies come in a purpose built steel tool box with machine.
Extras available include attachment die holder, electric controller. A wide range of standard, flared one-piece and other special purpose dies are also available.
