The BS32-50HDB is a very high performance bench mounted swaging press for maintenance and distributor use where large bore 6-wire hoses are assembled on a regular basis.
The ‘snap-in’ detent retained dies, up to 105 mm long, easily accommodate 6-wire twin elbow hose assembly up to the –32 (DN51) capacity of the machine.
The BS32-50HDB is ideal for distributor, small batch and repair use and offers button control, an automatic stop at the chosen size, plus micrometer direct dial setting gauge. All dies come in a purpose built steel tool box with machine.
A wide range of standard/Cluster dies, flared one-piece and other special purpose dies are also available.
Optional Cluster quick change tooling is available, as well as our Digital control unit.
