The BS32-50HDF is a very high performance swaging press for maintenance and distributor use where large bore 6-wire hoses are assembled on a regular basis.
The ‘snap-in’ detent retained dies, up to 105 mm long, easily accommodate 6-wire twin elbow hose assembly up to the – 32 (DN51) capacity of the machine.
The BS32-50HDF offers foot pedal control for hands free operation both before and during hose assembly. Once the preset size is attained the adjustable automatic retract system will return the dies to a preset position, facilitating fast large batch production. All dies come in a purpose built steel toolbox with the machine.
Extras available include oil cooling and electric controller. A wide range of standard, flared one-piece and other special purpose dies are also available.
Optional Cluster quick change tooling is available, as well as our Digital control unit.
