The BS32-50HDS is a very high performance hose assembly machine specifically designed for use in self contained mobile workshops serving the construction, mining, marine and other industries where larger bore high pressure hose repairs and replacements are required.
The sliding workhead allows hoses to be assembled outside the confines of the support vehicle overcoming the problems often associated with the on-site assembly of inflexible large bore multispiral hoses in confined spaces.
The easy-to-use direct dial micrometer gauge setting allows accurate swage diameter settings.
The ‘snap-in’ detent retained dies, up to 105mm long, easily accommodate 6-wire 90 deg elbow hose assemblies up to the -24 (DN38) 6 wire and -32 (DN51) 4 wire capacity of the machine. All dies are interchangeable with the standard workshop BS32-50HDF range. All dies come in a purpose built steel toolbox with the machine.
Optional Cluster quick change tooling is available.
