The ruggedly constructed BS32B Mini offers a very powerful yet cost affective machine compact design for bench or mobile mounting with the capacity for hose assemble from-04 (DN6) to -32 (DN51) when supplied with 9 sets of standard dies. All dies come in a purpose built steel toolbox with the machine.
The ‘snap in’ dies for BS32B Mini and cluster quick change dies are manufactured to the same exacting standards as those used on the larger BS32-50 series machines. A wide range of extra dies, one-piece flared type and special purpose dies are also available.
Setting and adjustment is simple. The direct reading micrometer gauge allows rapid swage size setting of the double acting return workhead.
The push button control circuit incorporates an automatic ‘stop at size’ facility at the set size and includes a ‘set size reached’ indicator light.
Optional Cluster quick change tooling is available, as well as our Digital control unit.
