The BS32F series machines in their various forms are similar in appearance to the BS20, but have the added advantage of a full -32 (DN51) 4SH capacity. They are ideal for a wide range of hydraulic hose assembly applications ranging from distributor use through to heavy duty batch production and high volume special purpose products.
The BS32F is capable of assembling up to -32 (DN51) 4SP twin 90 deg fittings. From standard foot pedal control with semi automated preset cycles, to oil cooled fully automated machines, almost any type of product can be accommodated. Features include direct reading micrometer type gauge with ‘auto stop’ at size. The standard ‘snap in’ dies provide over 30mm clearance when the machine head is fully open, allowing access for most bent stem and manipulated fittings. A wide range of flared one piece and other special purpose dies are also available including bolt in dies for high speed production machines. All dies come in a purpose built steel toolbox with the machine.
Optional Cluster quick change tooling is available, as well as our Digital control unit.
