The BS32VM is similar in appearance to the BS20VM, but has the added advantage of a full -32 (DN51) 4SH capacity and is ideal for a wide range of mobile hydraulic hose assembly requirements ranging from medium to large sized breakdown vehicles and on-site mobile workshops.
The button controlled BS32–12 volt vehicle mounted machine is capable of assembling up to -32 (DN51) 4SH 90 deg fittings and is ideal for servicing the larger hose users who require the benefits of on-site mobile repairs. All dies come in a purpose built steel toolbox with the machine.
Features include a direct reading micrometer type gauge with ‘auto stop’ at size. The standard ‘snap in’ dies or cluster quick change dies provide over 30mm clearance when the machine head is fully open, allowing access for most bent stem and manipulated fittings. A wide range of flared one piece and other special purpose dies are also available.
Optional Cluster quick change tooling is available.
